Expert Psychological Care For High Performers Who Are Tired Of Silently Struggling
Therapy, psychological/neuropsychological assessments, and consultation tailored for professionals, students, athletes, and leaders who are outwardly successful—but internally navigating stress, burnout, anxiety, or self-doubt.
You don’t have to figure it all out on your own.
You’re used to showing up and getting it done. But when anxiety, depression, burnout, or questions about purpose and direction creep in, it can feel like you’re unraveling, silently. You may be juggling success with stress, or confidence with self-doubt. You don’t have to carry that alone.
Hello!
I’m Dr. Aldean Beaumont-Tynes, a licensed psychologist with deep expertise in helping high-functioning individuals feel just as strong internally as they appear externally.
I offer high-impact therapy, comprehensive assessments, and strategic consultation to support high-functioning professionals, students, athletes, and creatives. My approach combines warmth with expertise, science with practicality, and clarity with compassion.
Although I’m based in New Jersey, I’m PSYPACT-certified, which allows me to provide telehealth services to clients in over 40 participating states. That means wherever you are, expert care can still meet you where you are.

You’re not here because you’re broken. You’re here because you’re ready to thrive —with expert support that matches your pace, ambition, and depth.

Therapy for High Achievers
Therapy for High Achievers:
I specialize in working with professionals, leaders, students, and athletes who are navigating anxiety, depression, perfectionism, imposter syndrome, or feeling disconnected from their sense of purpose…all while appearing “fine” to everyone else.
My therapeutic framework integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a Multisystems approach. This means that we not only look at your thoughts and behaviors in isolation. We consider the broader systems influencing your mental health: your relationships, culture, workplace, family dynamics, and identity. This blend allows us to develop tools that are practical, evidence-based, and rooted in your real-world context.
This is a space where you don’t have to perform. You can be real, be heard, and finally begin to heal!
Psychological & Neuropsychological Assessments
Psychological & Neuropsychological Assessments:
For those pursuing testing accommodations for high-stakes exams (MCAT, LSAT, GRE, GMAT, SAT, ACT, etc.), I provide detailed, board-compliant evaluations. These assessments are thorough, evidence-based, and strategically written to align with the unique documentation requirements of each testing board, maximizing your chances for approval.
Consulting & Expert Insight
Consulting & Expert Insight:
From expert commentary on mental health in media to speaking engagements and consulting for schools and organizations, I provide psychologically grounded insight on issues related to high performance, identity, trauma, and resilience. Whether you’re producing a show or facilitating a training, I bring clarity to complex human experiences.
Supervision for Pre- and Postdoctoral Psychologists
Supervision for Pre- and Postdoctoral Psychologists:
I provide clinical supervision for both pre-doctoral and postdoctoral trainees working toward licensure. My supervision style is warm, direct, and grounded in real-world clinical experience, blending CBT with a multisystems approach. My approach is grounded in a strong belief that quality supervision is foundational to ethical, effective, and culturally responsive clinical practice.
I’m passionate about supporting the next generation of psychologists, and I welcome opportunities to partner with colleges, universities, and training institutions to offer high-quality, ethical supervision.
